It was definite a Burton issue with the bindings being shipped with loose toe strap buckles. My toe strap came off on me before my first run at the top of the mountain. After getting off the chairlift, I went to tighten my rear toe strap and the buckle and screw dropped off. I boarded down the mountain and easily put it back together. One tiny, loose screw was the culprit. It seems there were some quality control issues with the assembly of some of these bindings. Once I put that buckle back on and double checked the tightness of the front toe binding, it was an awesome day of boarding with these CO2s. They were very responsive and very comfortable as well. I hope that Burton has corrected this issue. If not for this issue, I would have rated them a 5+.
