I bought this for my son for a trip to Australia rainforest, outback hiking & hunting & New Zealand skiing. It has performed exceptionally well under all these conditions. It is definitely dry and warm with layers. Good all weather coat! |

Warm, but bulky.

I bought this to zip in to my The North Face Gore-Tex Parka. It is warm, but bulky and not feminine form fitting. I would like this jacket much better if its warmth quality was maintained through a less bulky, more form fitting fleece. |

Warm but really bulky.

I bought this as a zip-in liner for TNF Mountain Light Parka. It is warm and works well with the Parka, except it is just too bulky. Would be better lighter with a more feminine cut. There wasn't another zip-in style available when I needed it. My advice, buy the TNF Pumori for warmth, if you don't mind the bulk. But if you do, keep looking. And if you're looking for that perfect compatible zip-in for the Mountain Light Parka - just forget about the zip-in feature and layer with your favorite fleece or sweater. |
