We used the Paha Que Shade Shelter at the beach recently on the Texas coast. It handled constant wind without a problem. I bought additional screw-type stakes (Home Depot) to secure it in the sand, but the "stock" tent pegs would have sufficed. The stuff sack is roomy enough to accomodate the additional 16" screw-stakes as well as a handy mallet. The time necessary for set-up/take down also improved with experience.

This is a great product. Easy to set up with 2 people, although it takes a bit longer than 5 minutes. Maybe that will improve with experience. Will try it at the beach and see how it handles constant wind. I chose this Paha Que over the similar Kelty because of the larger diameter poles, hoping they'll be better with wind.
