It's too early to see how this jacket will do in a torrential downpour or pummeling snowstorm since it has not experienced one of those as of yet, but it is such a cool looking jacket, fits like a glove, and is very comfortable. Very cool! I look forward to the Fall and Winter in this baby.

What else needs to be said? The Mountain Hardware company makes an incredible line of adventure wear and this fleece follows right in line with all the other gear I've purchased from this company mostly through the great deals I get at Backcountry.com. You will melt into this fleece unlike any other.

When I read the review on this fleece jacket, I was immediately sold on it especially with the special sale price marking the jacket as low as it was. To cut a long story short, when I received the jacket, the feather weightlessness of it was amazing, but as I took it out of its wrapping and proceeded to try it on, first of all I was shocked the the zipper was located on the left instead of the usual American mens' being located on the right, but then when I put the jacket on it felt like a woman's jacket being very restrictive in the shoulders. I sent it back in exchange for a Mountain Hardwear fleece. Mountain Hardwear fits perfectly and is definitely fit for a man. This fleece is a bit more expensive, but here is a case where you truly get what you pay for.
