My two nine-year-old twins were insistent they have North Face backpacks! I finally gave in, shocked at the initial investment. Well, let me tell y'all that it is well worth the investment and it is surely an investment because these boys are truly boys! They play soccer, basketball, baseball, and are on the go constantly as you can imagine 9 year olds are. In the past two months there is not a scratch, tear or mark on these backpacks! It is amazing! I am so very impressed! I can honestly say that this is the first item they have not yet managed to damage in some way (not intentionally, of course!)! Boys throw their backpacks, play catch with them, use them as padding to bump off each other, etc. I even chatted online with one of your wonderful consultants to determine what size would be the most beneficial for their growing needs. Anyway, your company was wonderful, fast, efficient, helpful and great! I finally have a go to place for my boys, and I have certainly been sharing the word with my friends!
