I like these shorts best for cross training! They're great for yoga and gym workouts. The coverage allows you to bend as much as you need to without fear. And they don't ride up when I'm running, as a lot of other similar styles do. Nice cut! |

Where's the liner?

I'm one of those people who likes a liner in her running shorts. It allows me the benefit of not having to change into a technical undergarment just for my run. Overall, though, these shorts are great. They don't ride up, and they are like air to wear. |
