I really like the size, the number of compartments, the two drink holders on the outside, and how comfortable it is to carry. The drink holders are actually quite large and easily hold a Nalgene bottle or even two cans, and they are shrinkable if you want to hold something smaller. My biggest complaint is that in the smaller of the two compartments, there are little pockets for various things like pens, etc., and there is a largish one that is the backmost. If you put anything in the other pockets, the whole thing leans forward and whenever you throw anything into that compartment. It always ends up in the large pocket, not the front of the compartment. Otherwise the backpack is great.
