I haven’t bought the T2Xs yet but after trying them I feel that they have a much stiffer, stronger and more responsive feel than my current Garmont Synergys. Its true, the fit is a little tight compared to my Garmonts but I think the results are worth it. I started when I was eleven and have been a Garmont guy, but after that demo I think ill be sticking to Scarpa until Garmont can stiffen up. Basically, if you want a fast, stiff and powerful boot, go with the T2Xs.

These boards absolutely rip, they carve like 70mm skis and they float like 100mm skis. I've been freeheelin for two years now and bought them for a trip to Jackson Hole, Wyoming. These skis were perfect when I got them and skied them in the east, skiing moderate steeps they ripped through they corduroy. I took them into some mogul chowda and they didn’t jitter once. When I finally got some pow for these things I was stoked on their performance their shovel never sunk and I could always keep control while bakin down the trail. I hiked the crags at Jackson Hole which is unbelievable. The skis were light enough to hike almost comfortably which is unheard of. These skis pared up with cobra r8s and Crispi XRs, or Garmont Energys will make ur life easier and make it that much more fun.

I’ve been using Garmont Synergys then demoed the Scarpa T2xs and loved the stiff flex and responsive feel, but when my local store didn’t have them in my size, I came here and cheeked out the X-Rs with the help from one of the great live reps. I was stoked by the stiff flex and raw power these things produced still keeping the responsive feel and adding the most comfortable fit I’ve ever checked out. These make the T2xs look like my old Syrnergys, I’m only 13 now but I can handle these boots when my dad uses the same ones, saying the same things I say. All in all, these are some sick boots with the adaptability, comfort, power and responsive snap. These boots kick some serious ass!
