The quality of the shirt is very good. It's not at all thin, so it will last a long time. However, it runs about a 1/2 size larger than a normal t-shirt. I am 5'11" and 190 lbs and I usually wear an XL. I should have bought the Large.

This jacket has been a great addition to my gear. It's lite weight and easy to stow in my pack.

I talked to the sales guy and he said the shirt runs 1/2 size large, so I order the large (5'11", 190lbs). It fit perfectly. I ordered a blue one and a white one. The blue is nice, but the white one is almost see-through because it is so thin. It's almost like a cheap under shirt. Avoid the white shirt.
