RED Audio Helmet is weak

I bought the RED Audio Helmet this year and had problems on the first day. The mute button stuck about half way through the first day. From the beginning the on/off switch was reversed. The helmet worked when in the off position instead of on. Also, the down volume button did not work at all. Either I received a lemon or they just have poor quality control. |
