We bought this for my wife after a lot of research of different jackets. So far she really likes it and it is super light yet warm and very waterproof. I definitely recommend this for the ladies looking for a comfortable 10,000 waterproof/breathable jacket. The sizes do run a little big, my wife bought the large and could have went a size smaller if she wanted, but that leaves more room for layers if you need them.
