Great pants but they're not insulated like the Ballistic Pants. Still they're waterproof, they’ve been keeping me warm. I haven't tried them at temps below the 20's yet. Don't particularly like the zippers. Zippers are really well water sealed, but they zip closed from bottom to top. I find that takes two hands some times, especially if the pockets full of loose change or the like. The pow zippers are reversed from the ones on the Ballistic. I think the Ballistic’s pockets are a lot easier to close (by pulling down on the zipper), especially when you're doing it with ski gloves on.
