Hard to open at first if you are not familiar with the Burst Assist opening system. After a while, you will get the hang of it. And when you do, you may not want to go back to regular knives. This knife has a nice compact design and seems to be a great utility type knife to carry around without being too obtrusive. The design of the blade lends itself to being a better "stab then cut" tool rather than a "slash and cut". The handle fits smaller in my hand than I am usually accustomed to with knives (I only get three fingers gripping the handle), but I find that it fits quite comfortably after I had gotten used to it. Would I buy it again? Most probably so, unless I wanted to go with a larger knife.
