When I moved from Arizona to Rhode Island, I had no clue what to expect come winter time. I did know that I did not want a big bulky jacket or a heavy jacket. I looked around a lot before deciding to get this jacket. When I got it, I was convinced that it was not enough due to its light weight. This ended up being exactly what I needed. Rain, snow nor wind could stop it. I wear this guy when it is 20F outside, and I only wear a t-shirt under it. I went through a small blizzard in it with no problem. Granted winter has only just begun, but I anticipate no problems with this guy.
