I usually wear a large because I don't like things too tight and it was generous in sizing but in a good way (meaning arm holes are proportioned right etc.). Shelf bra is a plus for those hot days and it's fairly long so your stomach doesn't hang out. |

Love it. Very comfortable. Size is correct for the large I bought. It does not have a shelf bra. |
