Awsome, most technical and stylish Jacket you can buy

This coat combined the style of Burton gear with the flexible protection of Gore Tex and heavy insulation. The jacket has kept me warm in recent sub zero degree temps and shed the heaviest of Southeast Alaska's fall rains. Excellent |

Solid equipment!

Much simpler than the Pieps beacon or old analog beacons. Not the best technically but simplicity matters at least as much when in an adrenaline-filled search |

The Best I've ever had

This is the most bommer and most comfortable helmet for all things skiing. I'm used to the protection of a ski racing helmet and this is a much more comfortable option that offers comparable safety and won't get you laughed off of big mountain summits. Has easy vents that are great for hiking and warm days alike, while closing them keeps out the Alaskan rain and bitter cold that I deal with every day, in a way that hats and other helmets could only pretend to do. P.S. Unlike some other Giro helmets the brim on this looks extremely dumb on snowboarders, sorry. |

Write Your Name
01-27-07 ![]() |
I've already reviewed this Jacket, but I'm writing another one to tell you all to write your name in it, in the most obvious places. I've hade my Jacket for several months so far and already some one stole it from the bench by my locker. It is too great a Jacket to loose and I'm not only sad, but cold and wet on the slopes. |

Was Attractive

This coat is a soft, good looking and wonderfully warm layer, but, and this is a big but, it is not windproof and it piles, making you look like a hobo from up close. this coat remains soft and warm for years but looses it's attractive qualities after not too long, and is never worth the full price, for sale however... |

Wonderfull

At least as good as any other 15 degree bag I've ever tried, this increadile bag will keep you warm in a cabin, house and in anything but very cold winter camping (I live in Alaska), and the fact that it is recycled materials helps you sleep at night. Great product by marmot. |

Small

going up one size is mandatory unless you're going to wear the vest only over a shirt, fits snuggly and whatever is underneath needs to as well. The radio pocket is only little walkie talkie sized and no good for icom, VHF or any surface to air radios that are useful outside the resort. Kind of a novelty piece |

Great

Good looking, waterproof gloves that perform wonderfully for about a season. If you ski the rubber from your poles will rip the thumbs and they will no longer be waterproof after a year in wet or hard riding. Be prepared to get props from the jealous public. |
