The photo of the black version does not do this top justice. I figured I was getting another nice piece of casual/sporty wear, but I ended up with something I actually consider part of my work wardrobe. It is not for the more formal suit-and/or-tie atmosphere, but for the office casual atmosphere (where t-shirts and jeans are not part of the vocabulary) it blends in just as nicely as any sweater would. I continue to remain an Icebreaker fan. :-)
