I bought this jacet for my daughter who is a junior in college. It was just perfect. The jacket is really soft and very warm while still being lighter weight. The fit was true to size and she just loves it!! In addition, the customer service at this site is superior! I love the online chat.

I bought two of these jackets for my daughters who are both in college. They are perfect and the chocolate color was beautiful. The size was also perfect. The North Face is just the best. I would also like to add that the customer service I received (on several occasions) on your website was superior!! I love the online chat feature. I will now use this site exclusively.
