Good park ski   01-12-09

I rode this ski with griffon bindings. Its a pretty lightweight setup. spinning was easy. the flex is super soft. if you land backseat on the tails they kinda shove you back into position a little bit. the whole center mount thing takes a little getting used to, it is a little slower and slightly harder to turn. Not a great performer outside the park. Recommended for those doing 75%+in the park or if you have solid all mountain boards already. if your iffy about length go a little longer so you have some surface to land on, plus the center mount makes them feel shorter in the air. also, the mass of longer skis makes it easier to complete the last few degrees of bigger spins (540+). The only thing i would like better is if it had a little more pop, but you can't have that and a buttery flex.

Great Pack   09-27-06

I bought this pack for school and it is really good. Despite the price it is actually very durable. The chocolate color is really cool. I am very satisfied with it. There is plenty of room for big textbooks. Excellent backpack buy now!!!

DAKINE Super Tune Tuning Kit - USA    This product is no longer available

Great Kit   10-26-08

The iron is a step up from an old household iron, much easier to use. The scotchbrite pad is a little unnecessary if you have a cork, and the included wax is a little weak. But for the iron, file, stone, edge tool, scraper, case, and ptex its a great kit. I now only take my stuff to the shop for base grinds and binding issues

DAKINE Concourse Single Ski Bag    Read other reviews of this product

dakine concourse   03-03-06

This bag is really nice. The padding keeps my stuff really protected. However the pole straps sometimes get caught on my bindings, but they are handy. It is very sturdy and keeps its shape even when the skis aren't in it, almost like there is cardboard or something in the sides. The inside is really shiny.

Red Mutiny Helmet    Read other reviews of this product

Nice Fit   12-07-08

The brim on this helmet gives it a nice look. The brim looks nice over a pair of googles. The earpads are thicker than REDs i've had in the past. The airflow adjusters are right under the brim and give a good flow of air through the whole helmet. The chinstrap cover makes it pretty comfy. The goggle clip can be removed and flipped around to put it in a higher or lower position, whichever will make your goggles stay on better. It is actually one of the lightest helmets I've held. The only complaint I have is that on every color, there is some kind of design on the back right. I like a cleaner look, but its not too bad. Great helmet

Great Pack   11-07-08

This pack is huge. It is well constructed. The mesh pockets on the sides are secured on the top with elastic but still easily accessible. The tons of loops allow you to clip on more stuff. It is very comfortable even with 50lbs loaded.

Anon Realm Replacement Lens    Read other reviews of this product

Great goggles, solid lens   11-07-08

These lenses fit perfectly. Shipped with adequate protection and no scratches. FYI that that mirror doesn't mean people can't see your eyes; you'll need the solex for that. Mirror just means that it reflects more light and makes the lens shiny, and comfortably reduces the light that reaches your eyes for bright conditions. The only thing Anon could have done better was make them scratch proof and always eye-hiding =)

DC Mobius Jacket - Men's    Read other reviews of this product

mobius   03-03-06

This jacket is ok. The waterproofing is really good. I put it under a running shower and the water slid right off. There are a lot of pockets that you can't see in the picture. I counted 14 in all, including the inside ones, like iPod and cell phone pockets. It is a little bit warm if the temp is within about 5 degrees of 32F, otherwise you'll have to wear a fleece underneath. There aren't the small DC logos everywhere on the black one for sure, and I don't think they're on the white or brown either. I actually would have rated it a 2.5, but that’s not one of the options.

Great improvements on a great ski   12-29-08

These are the replacement for the public enemy, with a little more park focus. They softened up the tip and the tail for pop but left the middle stiff. The sidecut is a little less directional, and they reduced the chatter you would sometimes get with the PE.

Great bag. My skis fit perfectly along with my poles. Good padding. Room for some extra stuff like snow pants and an extra shirt and gloves etc. A must buy for anyone looking for a sexy bag with great performance. 96/100. Very sexy.

Dalbello Sports Krypton Rampage Ski Boot - Men's    Read other reviews of this product

Great boot   12-28-08

i have last years model of these; they pretty much the same. They are very adjustable; if they're not comfy try adjusting the arch support or the canting; they are a huge step up from my old boots; you can also adjust the flex (80-110), forward lean, and the positioning of the midfoot cable. You can disassemble the whole thing to clean it and put it back easily. Lighter weight would have made it 5 stars

Dumont/Suspect   12-23-08

These skis are almost exactly the same as the dumont. the only difference is the criss crosses that hold the edges together. The edges on both are really strong, but the dumont has extra strings connecting them, but it doesn't make a huge differnce
