this is one of the best home tool kits but what is being sold and what is in the picture are two different things. so buyer be warned. as the title says this is an upgrade, you are only getting 11 new items (Crank Bolt Wrench, BB Socket Holder, External BB Socket, Shimano 6 and 8 Notch BB Wrenches, Star Nut Setter, Campagnolo/SKS BB Wrench, Hex Wrench 10mm, Spoke Wrench Mavic Pro, and DH Tire Levers) all great products. but again, not what you see in the picture.

WOW, this ski totally rocks -not the feather weight in the bunch, but who needs lite when you can go Mach 5 down anything and still have the legs to hike back up and do it all over again. i am 5' 8" and 150lbs and got the 185, perfect size for speed with surprising agility.

this is was my go to ski for many years. I spent two years patrolling using this for everything except powder. you won't find a better ski for the maritime snow pack of the cascades or sierras. the 175 was a bit short so i would go with the 185 next time

Best beacon I have ever used. I still love my SOS, but you can't beat the Pulse. I want whom ever is looking for me to have the pulse.

this jacket rocks! i just got mine and i tell you, it is a great jacket. it has a lite fleece liner, on warm warm days it might me too much, but with pit zips you can cool down quick. gore windstopper is way better than gore soft shell, if you are looking for a softshel jacket. i just think the gore softshell feels just like my GoreTex XCR. this fit is on the baggy side, i got the small and it fits great (a little bigger than my Javelin SV) the hood is huge and fits over my helmet, and the powder skirt is a good addition. Way to go Arc'teryx!

as a pro patroller i can say that these gloves can stand up to daily work use (for about a year) they are warm and (not too warm) and can stand up to the elements.

these gloves rock! i love the dexterity, for the cold cold days these gloves truly stand out. the are true to size and last for ever. if you want a glove to keep you warm then these are the ones. i would recommend getting a 2nd pair that isn't quite as warm just so your hands don't get over heated.

i have this pad matched up with my horse thief and i can't think of a better match. i have never been cold, it packs way down, and i have found blowing it up not a problem at all.

I first get this bag for a self contained bike trek from Seattle to New York. after 53 days straight in this bag i can say the bag pad combo is almost better than my own bed. this bag get so small it can be packed anywhere. my wife and i have the same bag (a right and left zip) so we are able to zip 'em together and truly enjoy camping.

these were my first "big" powder ski back in '04, man i loved these skis. they introduced me into the mindset that a big ski is good for everyday use. my one word of wisdom to a buyer is GO BIG OR GO HOME. i made the mistake thinking that i couldn't handle a big ski (i am 5'8" and 140 and went with a 173) so unless you are under 5'5" go with the 183 or bigger.

this tent is amazing. i got it from BigA for a cross country bike ride. they have one of the best size to weight ratio. this tent is for two people who like each other very much. i totally recommend this!

i love these shoes, they are an extension of my own body. i hope try the 6.6 when i have some cash, but for now i'll have to use these (not a bad 2nd)

these have been my go to shoes for the past six years. they are good for all day climbs and hard boulder problems.

at 105 under foot theses are some of the best all round skis out there -- if you like a STIFF, FAST, and FAST ski these are the ones! i have these with AT binding (and though heavy) they are some of the best i have skied. for some theses may be super fat. however, next to my Megawatts these are my go to everyday ski.

These boots are the future, they have the best feel i have ever skied in. the ID liner, is the BEST ever! you need a narrow foot (98mm) -- Dalbello is the best bang for the buck.

one of the best Patagonia jackets. it is cut well, and super warm, i have two. one for use outdoors (BC skiing, hiking, etc) and one for around town.

these gloves aren't just for spring skiing. i have used these all season. they are super dexterous (perfect for raising rope lines and moving boo) i give these an A+

Well i have the old theta SK and couldn't imagine a better. however, i am sure arcteryx can make anything better. there must be something in the water up there in Canada, these people make some damn good gear.

man i love these pants. i use these for just about every day skiing. sometimes they are too warm, though not often, they are quite versatile. some of the BEST base layer.

this ski has not changed from last year. it is still one of the best all round AT/Tele set up for people who want to rip down going mach 5. this is not a ski to go slow, it comes alive in deep powder and manky crud. i have yet to ski a better ski for California, Oregon, Washington, and BC.

i love these glasses, they go with anything. they make me look like i was born to fly!

i got a chance to ski this ski for a season and i still think it was one of the best all round semi fat (not over 110) skis i have skied. it is on the soft side, but that doesn't limit it too much. it is at home with powder though it can rip through anything.

my wife loves these skis! after skiing on the BD lyric for the past 4 years she wanted a powder ski. at 5'3" and 110 she rips on these (165). crud, powder, manky goodness, just about any type of snow (except boiler plate). she still loves her BDs however, these are her go to skis if there is any snow to speak of.

these on my lifelinks make a great pole.

this ROCKS, i have used it in the snow and on the street. the is one of the most versatile jackets i own. totally love it!

as a pro patroller I can recommend this with five stars. if some one to dig me out i would want them to have the T6. i have used this for EVERYTHING - pad digging, making booters, snow pits, beacon training, and sometimes the car.

I love these, I don't see a reason to get the 2 Ti when these work just as well and you still have money for beer.

If you need a sticky pad on your foot for climbing V7 and above these are like gecko feet on rocks!

these skins are the best i have ever used. they are strong on the way up and stow quite nicely (though what 130mm skin stows great)

i am a die hard helmet user. i still have yet to hear a good reason not to cover your head with one. there are some (like POC) that fit my head a lttle better. However, this is a great choice. i have the older tuneups 2 and love my tunes and my phone together. the vents are a must and the brim keeps the big flakes out of your way. i would give this an A-

Good starter kit, remember to get some vices to hold your sticks down, two chairs just don't do it.

theses fit my face, hands down, they work. not much fog, killer view, love the sensor mirror, for just about all conditions (not for super bright light) i get a little gap with my G10 MX, however, i make do.

i have used this as a back up beacon and it works well. though i believe there are far better ones (i like the pulse).
