Excellent customer service. I had originally wanted to purchase two pairs of shorts, but the website indicated that only one pair was left ... I was too slow on the keyboard! But before I knew it I received my purchase in the mail and found the description of the shorts accurate. I've only worm them bouldering once as they serve as my backup for a couple other pair I have, but they're comfortable and loose fitting.
