This is the first spray skirt I have purchased, so I can't compare it to anything but I will say a few things. First, it was very difficult to put on the first time, but after that pretty easy. There is a little extra rubber patch on the rubber rand in the back that makes it easier to put on by wedging that into the combing. I don't know if this makes it a little leaky though or if I just have a leaky kayak. Finally, the grab loop is a wide web but doesn't actually function as a loop because it lays flat. Consider buying some cord and plastic tubing and feeding that through the loop.
