I ordered the Day Star CamelBak Hydration Pack and I have been very pleased with it. I am currently training for a marathon and I use the Day Star on all of my long runs. Since I haven't found a way to convince my friends to wait along my route with cups of water yet, I have to carry the water I'll need with me and for that the Day Star works well for me. Before ordering, I had tried on some "standard" (read "men's") CamelBaks at a local sports store and I found them extremely uncomfortable, even empty. The Day Star is designed for a woman's anatomy and won't cut into your chest the way the standard CamelBaks do. In addition, there is ample room in the Day Start to have a first aid kit, fleece, flashlight, pen, paper, ID and energy bars. Even if you don't have all of that in the pack, the pack cinches down so that it doesn't flop against your back. I recently went on vacation with the Day Star and used it as a carry-on in a flight. Not only did the water in the pack keep me hydrated during the flight but once I was at my vacation destination, I was able to use the Day Star for a hike halfway up Mt. Rainier! On the downside, I noticed that I have a small cut on the bottom of my bag and I've only had it for about 3 weeks. I couldn't find anything in the bag that would have cut it like that but I am watching the problem area in case the cut expands. Overall though, I heartily recommend the Day Star for its versatility, comfort and capacity.
