My heart rate reading would frequently fluctuate from the low 50s to the high 180s and then flat line completely within a matter of seconds. Unless something is seriously wrong with me, I have to figure that it's the watch's fault! The altimeter has to be reset constantly in order to produce somewhat accurate readings (it tends to believe that I dip below sea level when it gets hot even though I haven't moved). Since these where the two functions I really needed, I'm going to have to shop for another watch.
