It's a good size, thought the mesh zipped section was actually on the inside of it, but is actually on the inside flap of the bag. Also, I thought there would be some more school-friendly features like little compartments for pens, calculator, etc but there weren't. No handle either, so bag must be worn on shoulder. Additional support body strap is helpful though. Fabric is durable and I can easily fit my laptop (although an additional sleeve is necessary) and books. Good for transporting big packages.
