I was surprised at first because of its flexibility and thought it would shatter at high speed, but NOOOOOO ! The Element holds or should I say grabs the snow at high speed no matter what came under it, it is one smooth ride and the response I got from my commands were executed instantly. I love it! So much I bought an extra deck (which as a different wood grain) so that I have a couple of seasons secured. I combined it with a freestyle binding and I feel I could do anything. THE ELEMENT IS A GREAT RIDE! And I think we all agree: it IS the most gorgeous stick out there!
