Accurate heart rate monitor that displays on the watch, and on the cardio machines at my gym. Very cool. It is a good watch. For the first time, I am training appropriately. It is great for staying in your target heart rate range and super for monitoring interval workouts and recovery time.

These are great shoes for wet-wading rivers. I use them regularly when fly fishing on the Manistee River in Michigan. Unlike Keen sandals, these keep pebbles and gravel out. Great traction and so comfortable that I wear them frequently on dry land. They dry out quickly and seem real durable so far.
