I would disagree with the comments about edge hold and crud above. I am 6'2" 180lb and have skied the 179 Crossbow for a year and a half in and out of bounds, steeps, trees, powder, and NE ice and it is hands down is the most versatile ski I've used (and I've demoed many pairs of tele boards). The faster you push it the better it holds, and it blasts through crud, corn, and choppy snow with ease. It is a confidence-inspiring ski.
