Got this for 25 bucks on SAC. Certainly fit the bill for a bright, cheap, reflective jacket which is what I was looking for. The scorpions and numerous Castelli logos (barely visible in photo) really, REALLY light up at night! The "commuter fit" is Euro so order a size up. I wear a large and the XL is snug (as it is supposed to be). Not sure about waterproofness (I use another jacket in rain) but it's not breathable. No hood, zips on the left. Well made-certainly well worth 25 bucks - not sure about a hundred. I'm a Scorpio-so the scorpions don't scare me. Hi Cat.
