I have become comfortable purchasing Arc'teryx clothing online because I know that the sizes are always consistent. Not so since Arc’teryx started making some of their clothing in China. The Delegate pants are much smaller around the waist and thighs compared to the Gamut pants. The pants are well made, so my ranking is for Arc’teryx rather than the pant. If you're saving money by making your pants in China, then don't charge $100 for inconsistent sizing. I’m not happy.

I own four pairs of the Gamut Pants. They fit great. Bought the same size Delegate Pant, but it felt a couple sizes small. Had to return it.

Icebreaker rivals Arc'Teryx in quality. The merino wool is more comfortable than my softest cotton shirt and handles heat/ cold and moisture better than any synthetic. Great fit as well, although I moved up one size with Icebreaker. Good stuff.
