I used to prefer Thorlos lite running socks, but noticed that during my longer runs they would get pretty damp. For years I've worn Smartwool socks for hiking and I decided to try these for running. I can't believe how much better I like them than my good ol' Thorlos. Much drier, thus reducing the blister potential, and they're super soft and comfy. They're a little more $$ than Thorlos, but totally worth the treat. Hey runners -- your feet will thank you.

You can't go wrong w/ Patagonia capilene. This product is great for running & just about anything else!

This tank is my new favorite from prAna. It's great for all low-impact activities, is super comfortable & flattering. Highly recommended!

These are my favorite running socks. They have lots of cushion, and they keep your feet very dry (even on hot long runs in FL!). I've done marathons in these and they're the best, they’re way better than my old favorite Thorlos.

Didn't think Patagonia could produce a better high impact bra than their last c/d cup model, but this 1 is even more stylish, streamlined, & comfortable. And hey, doesn't hurt that it has so much recycled polyester. Highly recommended-

These shoes run really large (usually a 9.5 & this 9 is still too big) & gave me blisters. Without socks I don't think they're going to work so well-

Wear these sandals all the time. They're very comfortable.

Just got these Capris & I love them for doing yoga & pilates. The only concern I have is that the low-riding waist gets stretched out a bit when I sweat. It was fine once they dried out (which they do quickly). Would definitely recommend these-

Wore these for a chilly 1/2-marathon recently & loved them. The knee support is great. They're pricey, but worth it for races when you want to feel your best.
