At first it was a little tight so for the first day I wore it as a hat to stretch it out a little. Loosened right up and the second day I wore it blocked the wind and was very breathable! Cover me in merino wool!

these sandals look so comfortable but when I got then the piece that goes in between yours toes is so wide that it cut my toes. I didn't even try to return them because they had blood on them. Unless you have a real big gap between toes don't buy these sandals

These gaiters are great. I live on Long Island and we just got 15 inches of snow, and I shoveled drifts that were four feet high and didn’t get my pants wet. I can’t wait to use these at Mt Washington next month.

This bag can hold so much stuff. The Ski carry system is great too. I have loaded the bag up with all my gear and put my skis on it in my living room to test it out, and it holds the skis very well. Since they are on a slant they should not hit the back of my legs a downhill hike. At first all the features were a bit confusing but it took a few minutes and I figured it all out, I think. Bottom line, this is your replacement backcountry bag with so many features.
