I skied in these pants in 15-40F and I didn't feel any need to wear thermals underneath in 15F nor did I need to unzip the thigh vents when the day got warmer on the slopes. Also, since it's corduroy the fabric doesn't make any rustling sound like some other ski pants I've tried on. I bought these pants in black and they fit me well. These pants are roomy, comfy, look really cool as well and they don't look too much like ski pants. I'm very satisfied with my purchase.
