Run a little big to size but I haven't found any hiking brands that are accurate! I wear them as shorts for the most part because at 5'4 they are a tiny bit too long. They are OK if I cinch them around my boots though. I also run in them and they don't creep up atall. Other than that they sit low on the waist for a flattering rear view!

I have broad shoulders with a D cup and a smaller rib cage so I find shirts that fit it in the chest are too big in the waist or vice versa. Not the case with this T! I got a large and it fits perfect everywear. It is very soft and perfect for day hikes!
