As a Boy Scout Leader, I have to tote around tons of different things, ranging from award patches, to medical forms to sign up packages and leftover hoodies. You name it, I end up with it at one time or another. This bag has room for EVERYTHING. But, not only that, I'm constantly having to set the bag down on wet ground and nothing gets wet. Its survived rain, snow and soda showers. If the Scouts can dish it out, this bag seems to take it in stride. I LOVE IT !!!

Awesome, compact version of my "Day" pack. Its great for when I need the Mountain Smith quality in a smaller package. My son just left for China a few hours ago with mine, thats how much I trust it. One complaint though, standard 32 oz Nalgene water bottles ride really high in the pockets and can bounce out if not tightened in REALLY tight.

My wife has picky feet when it comes to shoes. She also has feet that are ALWAYS cold... Until now. I stumbled across these boots while browsing the site and thought, "How could you go wrong with flexible, waterproof, down filled boots?" Well, you can’t. My Wife works outdoors with kids and with winter in full swing here (we live at 9,000 elevation feet in Colorado) these boots are AWESOME! These boots are not only as comfortable as her favorite slippers, but they grip the ground and ice like spikes and they are WARM, WARM, WARM! Quite possibly the best boot a girl can own in a cold climate. Oh, she wants me to add that they are really cute too.

These gloves filled the gap between no gloves and heavy gloves, well, like a glove. I actually bought 3 pair to replace the single pair I had worn out over the past couple of years. I keep a pair stashed in my day pack, in my car and at home. As a BSA Scoutmaster in Colorado, I bring them on every outing as you can ALWAYS expect the night temps to drop considerably. They wear well and keep my hands warm down to the low 20's and teens.

What can I say, Thermarest does it again. Being an "aging" Scoutmaster, this chair had already seen a couple of last minute back-packing trips and NOTHING is better at taking the pressure off of the lower back than being able to TOTALLY relax after setting camp. Only the Thermarest is made well enough to handle the repeated abuse that an aging and "growing" backside puts it through ( I know, I've blown out a few cheaper ones). Great price too !!!.
