The eagerly anticipated Chacos finally arrived ... half a size too small, so I had to send them back (thank goodness for the great return policy!). Gotta say: they were perfect without socks -- PERFECT. But they squished my feet when I wore socks with them. Other than these being too small for me (they must run one or half size smaller), they had great support, study material (stiff at first, but just give them about 4 days; they seem to conform very quickly). These shoes were designed realistically, with "real people and real feet" in mind.
