This stuff is great. I don't have to worry about bonking while out on the water, and the taste (orange) is great. A little sweet for me, but I just use a little less. Great for muscle recovery afterwards, too.

The vents on these glasses were exactly what I needed. I paddle on the water with these competitively, and have no problem with fogging or slippage (rubber nose pads are great, especially for my wide honker). These are light and durable. You won't be disappointed, especially at this price.

I love this top. Keeps my core warm on SF Bay. Yes, I sweat especially when getting my heart rate up, but at least I am warm. I like the short sleeves and this thing is great when I've taken a dunk into the drink (ie. no drag, drains quickly). It is hard to get in and out of, but the seal around my arms is great.

I wear this paddling on the SF Bay where it can get cold and foggy in the evenings. I was concerned my arms would get cold, but this thing keeps more core so warm it hasn't been an issue yet. It is extremely warm and I do sweat in it - even with opening the neck vent. Water bounces right off this thing.
