I'm typically a 9-9.5, so I ordered a 10 for additional room for thick socks. When they arrived I tried them on, and they felt kind of tight in the toe area. But I decided to stick it out and hope for the best- as Burton does not make a women's boot larger than a 10. I was okay with breaking them in. Well after a morning on the slopes, I had to stop because my toes were bothering me so much. My toes were rubbing up against the front of the boot, and just too painful to carry on. Other than that, I LOVE the lace up system, and the stiffness of these boots. In the past, I could never get my boots tight enough and after a run found myself relacing and tightening up... Kind of a pain when everyone's ready to roll but are waiting on you. Overall, I would recommend this boot, but check the sizes.
