I bought these specs after owning a few pairs of Electric Technicians. I wish I would have bought the Techs instead. Theses glasses feel cheap. The first pair I bought I returned because everytime I opened them they creaked and sounded like a lense was about to pop out. No dice on the second pair. These make the same sound. I have a $15 minimart pair of shades that feel like they are better quality. PS- I love the Technician glasses. Next time I get some cash that's where my $$ is going.

I have had this vest for about three weeks now. I have yet to take it on the trail so for now I have just worn it to work and while on the job in cool conditions. It does an awesome job keeping me warm at 4am and I am duly impressed with the way the vest stays dry. During a walk across campus one day it began to rain pretty hard. The vest repelled the water with no worries. That said, a couple members of the opposite sex commented on how nice it looked and how bright it the lava color was.
