Pretty good for the money

These are my first bindings; they're great, but I can see some minor flaws already. The clip on the toe strap came loose on me and actually broke free on a run. I thought it was a freak accident, then the opposite foot's toe strap started sticking. On another note, the bindings handle well. Turning is easy, and when the straps are holding tight, they keep great control. Get them if you don't have the money for higher priced bindings. They won't let you down... if you keep a screw driver in your jacket. |

First board

The 2008 Malolo 162 was my first board, and having only rode rentals before it, I was obviously amazed. It performed great; I first rode North Carolina with it. We had decent conditions the first few days, a little ice here and there, but the Malolo actually handled well even on the ice! It surprised me a lot. I could race down the mtn, blowing past my buddies and spinning with ease. The last couple of days there, we caught 10" of powder. I didn't think the board could handle any better, but when I got first tracks in deep pow between trees, it felt like I could die happily. Overall, the board handles well, turns and spins easily, and runs smooth and fast. No jitters for me; all fun on the mtn. Get one! |

Step and Stomp!

Awesome boots. I got these 2 months before my first trip of the season. I wore them a few times (maybe 3 or 4) around the house to get my feet used to them, but they actually fit great the first time I tried them on! When I got to the mountain and strapped in, they definitely performed! Held tight to my feet, didn't hurt at any point, and stayed warm all day and night. Get 'em while they're hot! |

Pretty good... if you find 'em on sale

I got these on sale last year and used them in all conditions (bright light, dim light, real blizzards, fake snow-making). They held up to everything well, and would rarely fog up. The only cons I found are in dim lighting, when colors and shadows are really hard to make out; night boarding with these is pretty perilous. |
