Pros: comfortable, medium warm but not winter warm, tightly woven so it's a better windbreaker than most fleeces, well-put-together at a reasonable price. Lots o'pockets inside and out. Nice, understated look. Cons: it's pretty stiff, but probably by intention. Some fleece at this medium weight is supple and drapes a bit. This is stiffer fabric made to hold its shape, so this is definitely a jacket, not a fleece shirt or sweater.
