I'm 6'4" and 180 lbs. I bought the XL and the fit is perfect! For once in my life my wrists aren't cold. Arc'teryx is top quality and usually priced to match, so this is a great deal.

Since I'm 6'4" and 180 lbs. after reading the reviews I decided to go with XL. The length and thigh fit is fine but the elastic waistband is too loose on me. They keep falling down. I'm 37" around the waist and the sizing say's 40" for the XL size. The lack of a drawstring or belt loops or SOMETHING to adjust the waist band is a drawback if you're tall and skinny.
