Great for cold weather. Good combo with flight deck. The shoes float well in deep snow. Often I just use the boots they're real comfortable with running shoes on, The only con I have is the difaculty I have with putting them on over my running shoes. I even pulled out the insert but stil hard to get on. Walter in Alaska
