I bought this pack for it's ability to carry all my DH gear while climbing uphill. I have used the full-face helmet pouch and pad straps several times already and have no complaints. I no longer have to balance my helmet with straps and bungee cords and I have heavy duty QR nylon straps for my pads. The sunglass pocket is also very nice. It's a great to keep the extra lenses for my shades or the shades when I wear goggles. The bladder is tough and has a big opening to allow ice cubes in. The bite valve works and doesn't leak. The pockets are just big enough and have full zippers. I definitely recommend this for any "Real" freeriders (those who still climb up to go down).
