the color is a bit off so i returned mine. its not this white/grey/blueish blend that i had hoped. the splotches you see are mostly black with random light blue and grey ones. so its much more contrasty than what i saw online. the description also says this has a baggy fit. i actually found it to be more regular fit. i have burton baggy park fit pants and THOSE are baggy. these monte cargoes are not. but all that aside, if you like the constrasty color and the non-baggy fit. then youll love these pants. because they have a lot of pockets, are warm, and are well made.

as a beanie its sits thick on your head because the fabric is double layered. if you dont mind that then it's very warm. as a neck warmer, it would be perfect except for the fact that the fabric is pretty scratchy. i mean, its not like burlap. but around the neck where the skin is a bit more sensitive, it's pretty irritating. at least for me. maybe im a sissy.

i'm 5'9" and a small still feels a big on me. otherwise, a great jacket. a cheap version of the smarty series but almost as functional. tons of great pockets and great style. powder skirt is NOT removable. and there's no smarty liner. and remember, fits BIG. id say almost two sizes up.

comfy and warm. even through chicago winters. great on the slopes too. my only gripe is "performance fit" is usually slimmer, more fitted. this jacket is pretty loose (not terribly poofy though) and the arms and neck openings are wider than i hoped theyd be. but otherwise, a very solid jacket.
