I'm 6'2 190 and the Long has a couple extra inches in there for me. Fits great. The temp rating is pretty true but I would agree with the other review that a liner is the way to go if your really gonna go down to 20. The sizing of this thing is the serious plus. It says 7x13, but you can get it down to about the size of an oblong soccer ball. It fits horizontally on the bottom of my pack (REI Pinnacle 40L) which is a huge advantage because i dont have to use all that space having it standing up. And to top it off, I grabbed it on SAC for $47. Great bag, great price. Definitely recommend it for those that aren't really cuttin weight or in dire need of a super high end bag

I haven't had a better jacket... ever. Finally a jacket that has appropriately long sleeves! I'm 6'1 190 and got a Large and it fits perfectly. The sleeves actually cover all of my arms and the cut is just under the belt line which makes it look clean, fresh, and fitting. I would go ahead and say that it is windproof and extremely water resistant. Pockets are warm and the draw cords for the waist are inside the pockets so they arent hanging out the bottom. Overall, great jacket and i'm very happy with my purchase.

Got these for my girlfriend and she loves them. The toe is great for a pair of shoes that we could get this cheap and they are very comfortable. They have some mesh sides and velcro closing that let your feet breathe and stay feeling comfortable. all in all, a great shoe. She wears a size 7 normal shoe and fits well in a size 39

Grabbed this harness for my girlfriend and it was really cheap. We've been climbing for a while now and all ive heard is good things about it. It is comfortable for her and has plenty of features for her beginning use. The harness is great, but be wary of sizing. She is a size 6 but barely fits into a size 10 in this. For some reason the waist size doesnt get a whole lot bigger with each size up, so if you are borderline on sizing... definitely go one or two sizes up. Great harness once sized correctly!

Been climbing with this harness for 2 months now and it hasn't let me down yet... and believe me I put it through the test. Its comfortable hanging, standing, or however else you would use it. The material over the entire harness is very abrasion resistant. I'm 6'1 190lbs and I got a Large that fits great. I've skidded down a face, sat around in the dirt, and given this harness just a ton of use in 2 months and it keeps truckin. I would absolutely recommend this harness to a friend. Oh and if you are worried about the leg loops being non adjustable, you can see on the picture how there is more padding right under where the groin area would naturally sit... when you are hanging, that padding shifts around so your weight is on the pads and not the unpadded straps. Very comfortable
