Definitely just a shell so remember to layer underneath, but it's an awesome shell! It keeps me dry and comfortable all day. The arm-pit vents let me cool down after a run and the high collar lets me stay warm on the lifts. I wish it had an outside chest or arm pocket, but that is a minor complaint. An awesome jacket.

This shirt is definitely on the long side. I bought it for my boyfriend, who can be picky about the length of his shirts. Normally, I think he is crazy - but this one is actually too long. If he pulls it down it covers his butt, If I wore it, I could belt it and wear it as a dress. But....the rest of it (especially the chest) fits him well and if he lets it bunch up towards his waist, the shirt works. And after all, it does have the goat!

It's a t-shirt...and it works! The other reviewers are correct, the size runs a bit large so order one size smaller than you normally would (I'm usually an "M", I needed an "S"). Also, it has a long length, which I don't mind but I'm sure others might. I got it on sale and I don't think it is worth full price, but it was definitely worth sale price.

I get really cold on the ski lifts and its hard for me to warm up so I was looking for a heavy-weight thermal to wear under my ski pants that would keep me warm on the lift but not hot on the runs. I found it - these are exactly what I was looking for. They run a little small, the large is a little loose but the medium is too tight, normally I'm a medium. But who wants tight thermals? I love these thermals!

I bought this thinking it was going to be a nice looking warm jersey shirt. It is warm, the neck and shoulders fit great and I like the soft material. Unfortunately the fit is awful. I'm not super skinny or super tall, but the medium was enormously wide around the mid-section and the bottom of the shirt barely reaches my jeans. Maybe a better fit for someone shorter? Either way, I do not recommend it.

This is the best thermal top I have owned. I own 2. It is warm when I need it to be, cool and moisture-wicking when it should be. It is soft and comfortable and not even a little bit itchy. The only complaint I have is that when it gets wet (coming out of the wash or in the rain) it smells like wet wool. But it's a wool thermal, what do you expect? If I didn't want this to turn into the new North Face Denali fleece, I'd say everyone should own one...
