I ordered this top in a Large, according to the sizing chart. However, when I tried it on it was uncomfortably tight and I had to return it. I would order a size up unless you like your long underwear skin tight.

I ordered the capilene 3 bottoms according to the size chart, which says I'm a large. When I tried them on, however, I was swimming in them and the ankles were really baggy. I would definitely order a size smaller if you're on the line between sizes.
