Running in the MUD

After spending a week in Canada in the trails around Powell River BC rain started on and off for the next 3 weeks. The trails stayed firm and so did my steps with my new shoes, warm feet and dry the shoes got muddy but washed clean in a snap and ready for another day of running around after dried in the sauna with me.
