This bag is built well, and looks nice. It has a great goggle pocket at the top. Not sure about the turtle thing, or the expansion zippers in the main compartment; they don't seem all that valuable or functional. Probably won't be able to fit your boots in the bag either. Otherwise, it rolls nice, is solid, good padding, won't mold... good for one snowboard + spare deck and any small random items! I'm happy with it as a whole.
